Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have been the subject of separation rumors fueled by a viral deep fake video.
Recently another video emerged where Abhishek shut down these divorce rumors by showing his engagement ring and confirming that he is "still married."
In an interview with Bollywood UK Media Abhishek addressed the rumors expressing disappointment that the situation was blown out of proportion.
He acknowledged that as celebrities they must tolerate such rumors but reaffirmed his marriage. It remains unclear if the video is recent or resurfaced from the past.
The rumors initially gained traction when the couple arrived separately at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding on July 12.
Abhishek attended with his family while Aishwarya arrived later with their daughter Aaradhya.
Married in 2007 the couple shares a daughter, Aaradhya, born in 2011 and have co starred in films like Guru and Raavan.
