Just recently we reported on how the Tollywood circuit has been giving a red carpet treatment for talented and skilful writers. The likes of Kona Venkat, Gopi Mohan and others have been ruling the roost. Another name that has also got a significant presence in the writers community is that of Vakkantham Vamsi.
He has written stories for films like ‘Athidhi’ ‘Kick’ ‘Oosaravelli’ and soon he would be arriving with the Ram Charan starrer ‘Yevadu’. Meanwhile, another interesting news has come. It is heard that Vakkantham Vamsi gave a mindblowing story for veteran director B Gopal and for this, he has reportedly got Rs 70 lakhs just for penning the story.
Currently, the groundwork is reportedly happening to launch the film in the right way. But what is the story and what kind of subject Vamsi gave, those details are not known. However, some of the cine folks are denying this as a rumour. We will know the truth when B Gopal holds an official press meet.
