The promos and teaser of Govindudu Andari Vaadele are out. One glance at them and you can tell that the entire story revolves around Charan, Prakash Raj and Srikanth.
Prakash Raj is playing the grandfather and Charan is playing his grandson, while Srikanth is playing Charan’s uncle in the film.
Then, one is bound to notice that Charan’s father is missing in the poster. Incidentally, Rahman is playing his father in the film, but he does not get to play a very important role in the film.

Actually, the film was initially offered to Jagapathi Babu. Though his character was not meaty, the team wanted him to boost their image. But Jagapathi Babu was smart enough to turn down the offer after the success of Legend. He was also offered a good package, still he refused to do it.
Now, Jagapathi Babu has a film with Mahesh and many feel he did the right thing by turning down the offer.
As for GAV, the talk in the industry is that it is shaping up to be a good family entertainer and that it will be appreciated by all kinds of audiences, in true Krishna Vamsi style.
