Balakrishna's decision to do Aditya 999 as his hundredth film has shocked everyone including his fans.
Everyone believed that Boyapati Srinu who has delivered back to back super hits with Balakrishna would be wielding the mega phone for Nata Simham’s landmark movie. But Balakrishna preferred science fiction to mass masala.
Why did Boyapati Srinu miss out on directing Balakrishna’s 100th film? Buzz from the industry insiders say that Boyapati Srinu didn’t want to take the extra pressure on him.
He is aware of the high expectations and asked Balakrishna for some time if he is to direct it. Balakrishna didn’t like to sit idle for many months just for the sake of hundredth movie and decided to go with Aditya 999.
On the flipside, Boyapati Srinu is also looking to make some youthful movies to get rid of the ‘mass director’ image. So he decided to do a movie with Bellamkonda Srinivas immediately after Sarainodu.
One more film with Balakrishna at this stage may not let him to come out this mould and therefore he skipped the big one, says the buzz.
Even though Balakrishna and Boyapati have their own reasons for not teaming up again, Nandamuri fans are not happy about the news.
