Director of Akhil, Power of Jua, is now trying to do some damage control. Reason? Well, not many from the industry and outside industry are pleased with the way the theatrical trailer has been edited.
So, Vinayak is now trying to get another trailer ready. Akhil's trailer was made by SS Rajamouli's son Karthikeya through his company Showing Business.
Some time back, his work for Rajamouli's Baahubali was appreciated and Vinayak got him to do the trialer.
Though hero Akhil and producer Nithin liked Karthikeya's work for Akhil, the negative feedback made Vinayak to stop using this trailer further in promotions, sources informed us. The trailer looked gaudy, and seemed to be made in hurry this was the general response.
Talk is that the new trailer will be made by another editor and will be released on Gandhi Jayanthi. For now, Karthikeya is out of picture say industry insiders.
