Varun Sandesh Behind Her 'Properties'

Varun Sandesh acted with many heroines right from Tamanna in 'Happy Days' to Suma Bhattacharya in 'Kudirite Kappu Kaffee'. Using his American background and slang English he tried to impress every heroine and thrown them away after using. But he is not applying this 'use and throw policy' with Shraddha Das. Why?
 
We will be wrong if we conclude that Varun is more interested in her physical properties. It is known that Shradhdha hasn't got great physique on par with Tamanna or Vimala Raman. But still Varun is behind her.
 
The reason is Varun got attracted to the 'real' properties those are behind Shradhdha Das. Hence he is taking the relation serious and even willing to marry her if agrees. No one knows when can Shradhdha Das understand this man who is just running after her for properties but not her heart or beauty.
