Maybe those who are outside the film industry may not be aware but then an interesting drama has been happening since a long time within two members of the Tollywood fraternity. One happens to be the noted producer Thammareddy Bharadwaja who is also known for his upfront and straightforward statements along with his baritone voice that hits like a hammer. On the other side is Jogi Naidu who is better known as the former husband of anchor Jhansi and he keeps doing itsy bitsy roles in films.
Now, the filmnagar has been buzzing about an issue that has cropped up between the two men and two different versions of this is making rounds.
The issue between both has been regarding a recording studio which is doing pretty good business and though it has been stagnating from quite some time, it is now coming to one shape.
Thammareddy has always been considered as the ‘Pedda Dhikku’ for small time producers and actors. Though he talks hard, he has a helping nature say the cine folks. But according to the first version, a studio by name LJ studio belongs to Thammareddy. It is heard that Jogi Naidu took it on lease from Thammareddy and he developed it. Sources say he spent Rs 40 lakhs for renovation and in between for two months he didn’t pay the rent. Thammareddy reportedly sent Jogi Naidu away from the place and despite many pleas from Jogi Naidu, Thammareddy has not cared and kicked him out. That’s the real side of Thammareddy, is the talk.
And now, here is the second version. Jogi Naidu has been vouched as a big ‘Jalsa Raayudu’ and many in the film industry have testified that. The big question is, given his habits, from where did he get so much money to renovate the studio. Well, it so happens that he took loan from Puri Jagannadh. Those who know Puri say he gives money without a second thought and trusts people easily. So, he gave as loan but he hasn’t received a single penny till date.
A reliable source revealed that it is not two months but three years since Jogi Naidu paid rent to Thammareddy. He used to say today, tomorrow and Thammareddy used to say ‘ok…ok’ and finally he exploded one day. Even then, Thammareddy reportedly stated that “If you can pay the full pending amount then okay but don’t give me this tension.” Without a word, Jogi Naidu left but it is heard that he is going out and doing negative publicity on Thammareddy among many.
With this type of attitude and behaviour, Jogi Naidu has actually spoiled his career and image both in professional and personal front. Many say he should be grateful to Thammareddy and Puri Jagannadh for what they did to him but he is behaving like this.
