The latest gossip doing rounds in Tollywood is that Vijay Deverakonda has put a new proposal to the makers of “Taxiwaala”.
The new plan he has suggested is releasing the movie directly onto streaming websites like Amazon or Netflix like most Hollywood big movies do when the content has limited appealing.
As “Geetha Govindam” has turned massive hit, Vijay Deverakonda is doubting whether “Taxiwaala” would appeal to larger section of audiences as it is a concept based movie.
He had signed this movie to make on the lines of “Pelli Choopulu” – a simple low-budget movie with a novel concept. But now he has become a huge star and all section of audiences have started flocking to the theaters to his movies.
However, the makers are against the idea of not releasing the movie in theaters. They have shot down his proposal and are finishing the graphical work to release the movie in theaters in November.
The producers didn’t accept the Vijay Deverakonda’s proposal as they had invested good money in the film. They want to cash in on the craze that Vijay has now.
