It is known that comedians are always in demand in Tollywood and the ace comedians take remuneration on call sheet (day wise) basis. That's the value given to a comedian's time.
Recently Tagubothu Ramesh has grown up very big and almost taking Rs 1 lakh per day. It is to be underlined that MS Narayana also is not being paid that much per day for small budget films.
Indeed, MS Narayana and Tagubothu Ramesh are known for drunken roles.
When MS Narayana was asked how he is feeling about Tagubothu Ramesh, he said, "Every one will have a time and demand. When people are laughing seeing him on screen, he will be paid big obviously. That is his talent. I appreciate him. One will become star comedian only by demand. There is nothing to feel jealous about him. In olden days, the sheep in the film Pottelu Punnamma was paid Rs 3 lakh. That speaks about need and demand".
