Super Star Krishna's House Sold Intelligently

Though he is no longer active onscreen, the name of superstar Krishna still makes rounds in the cine circuit and he is the topic of discussion. The reason for that are his smart moves and the benchmarks he set in the Telugu film industry. Here is another one from Superstar Krishna which has got him into focus again.
 
It is heard that Krishna had a massive house in Film nagar area near Ramanaidu studios. When the real estate market was high and the boom time was on, the superstar went ahead and sold his house at a peak rate. Right now, the talk is that the market value of this house is not even 1/4th of the rate he sold.
 
Sources say Superstar sold the house for a whopping Rs 16 crores during 2007-08. Now, here comes the masterstroke. After that, he waited patiently foreseeing the fall in the prices. As soon as the slump hit the market, he selected a property at Nanakramguda and bought it when rates were low. The cine folks say “Superstar Krishna is not only a successful star but also an intelligent man. Anyday, superstar Krishna is superstar Krishna”.
