Sunil was a very successful comedian before destiny made him a hero. Ever since, he has stopped playing the comedian and has instead put all his energies into becoming a hero.
Surprising part is that he has focused mostly on doing stunts and other serious emotional scenes which are the norm for Telugu heroes.
In fact, he also developed six-packs and due to this, he lost a lot of weight. Due to this, he lost his past image and people were not accepting him as a leading man. Of course, he did make some noise with Bheemavaram Bullodu, but that was all.
Now, Sunil has put on some weight and has decided to include comedy into all his roles in future. He says he did not bid good bye to comedian roles, but for now, he wants to do films as a leading man with ample doses of comedy.
