‘Simha’ Ignites Caste War In Film Industry?

The talk of the tinsel town right now is ‘Simha’ and while many have been hailing the film, there is one hitch which has dealt a severe blow. Well, it is one of the dialogues in the film which seems to have ignited a caste war of sorts in the Tollywood circuit.

Apparently, Balakrishna rolls out a dialogue which goes “Charitra Srushtinchaali  anna, tiragaraayalanna adhi maa vamsaanike saadhyam, migatavanni boodidhe” (to create history or rewrite history, it is only our family which can do it, the rest are all trash).

While the first line was good and acceptable, the rest of the line went bad with the cine folks. The other cine families are said to be quite hurt with the second line. The senior members are saying that while it is okay to elevate their own family, it doesn’t mean they belittle other families. Many are hoping that the issue subsides soon or else it will cause a major rift among the industry folks.
