At one time, he ruled Bollywood although he hails from South India. The director who is now in his late 50's recently came into news due to the trouble in his marriage.
News spilled out now that his wife separated from him after she got tired of his philandering ways with several heroines.
He is infamous for his sexual escapades. Though she initially took them lightly treating them as routine affair in glamour world, she took separation only when he reportedly got obsessed with every new heroine.
The director is not active as filmmaker now but he still reportedly is in touch with some of the heroines he has worked with. Since his kids have grown up to be majors, his wife sought separation after consulting them, say sources.
But the director has other version. He says all these rumors she is spilling out is to cover the financial mess that she has created in their lives. His claim is that luxurious lifestyle brought them down to bankruptcy.
Both this director and his wife is known to Telugu audiences as they have done one or two movies here.
