At last, Pawan Kalyan's dream is all set to become a reality, thanks to his latest film Sardar Gabbar Singh. He is soon going to step into his new home. Nay, he is not getting married again, but is going to get a new roof over his head.
In fact, Pawan had a beautiful house, besides a vast farm house. But sources said Pawan got his house demolished citing Vastu reasons and wanted to rebuild it according to his tastes and trendy designs.
However, he could not mobilise enough funds for his dream house. And now, Sardar has realised his dreams and provided him required money.
According to an estimate, the film was made at a cost of Rs 40-45 crore and it was marketed for Rs 95 crore. And Pawan got a remuneration of around Rs 15-20 crore, including for his action and inputs in story and screenplay. He is also likely to get another Rs 10 crore in profits from the film.
So, the power star may commence the construction works any time, say sources.
