Film business circles are betting big on the upcoming Tollywood biggies Sardaar Gabbar Singh and Brahmotsavam.
Both these films will release in the coming summer and the buyers are busy closing deals with the makers of the respective films.
Sardaar Gabbar Singh’s business in the domestic circuit is expectedly on a high scale however the makers are still not closing the deal in overseas.
Buyers from overseas market are very keen to bag this film as they are expecting Sardaar to be a huge hit. Pawan’s previous film as solo hero has set new records in overseas.
Also Gabbar Singh was one of the biggest hits in overseas. Therefore there is unprecedented craze for Sardaar Gabbar Singh but the makers are not in a mood to talk to the buyers yet.
As per the buzz makers of SGS are waiting for Brahmotsavam deal to be closed so that they could quote same price for Sardaar too!
Reports say that Brahmotsavam makers are demanding 13 crores for the film which is equal to the full run share of Srimanthudu in this area. So Sardaar producers are expecting 13 crores for overseas rights.
Buyers would be happy to pay that much if the makers guarantee them of a sure shot blockbuster. What if the film fails to live up to the expectations?
