Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty was lauded for his performance in "OMG: Oh My God" in Hindi. Subsequently, he was signed on to play the same role for the Telugu remake of the film titled 'Gopala Gopala' featuring Venkatesh and Pawan Kalyan.
The latest buzz is that Mithun is likely to be replaced by Sai Kumar for the role as the former has issues with dates.
Mithun is currently busy with multiple Hindi projects, and therefore, one believes he couldn't take out time for the shoot of 'Gopala Gopala'.
Moreover, the makers, who were initially keen to cast him, have now decided to cast a Telugu actor to make it look very authentic. Therefore, Sai Kumar was approached for the role and he's yet to give his nod.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan, who will be seen in the role of lord Krishna, has apparently expressed interest to design his own clothes for the role. He wants to rope in a designer from Bombay for his role in the movie as he feels he needs to look chic and flamboyant.
