S Janaki's Anger Implies Lata Mangeshkar

It is known that Lata Mangeshwar was conferred with Bharat Ratna in the year 2001 for her contribution towards arts. This highest civilian award was given to a film play back singer, giving an indication that few more such singers will be given that award in years down the line. This is 2013 and till now no other South Indian singer is given this award.
 
Now the legendary playback singer S Janaki who sang in many Indian languages and Sinhalese was given Padma Bhushan. This is indeed too late but a right honor, felt the Telugus across the world. Whereas, Janaki vented her anger on the system that has been treating south Indians as second grade citizens. She rejected the Padma Bhushan and proclaimed that she can accept only if Bharat Ratna is given.
 
She didn't take the name of Lata Mangeshkar, but her anger implies that.
