As Mummaith Khan's dance program on the New Year eve was cancelled abruptly in Hyderabad, the organizers pressurized her to repay her remuneration.
As some miscreants misbehaved with her on the stage, she came out of the auditorium. The audience who got their entry on payment got their money back from the organizers.
Mummaith had taken Rs. 30 lakhs as advance for remuneration. Though the organizers asked her to dance again, she preferred to pay back the amount instead.
But she paid only Rs. 10 lakhs back. She said they should bear a loss of Rs.20 lakhs as they couldn't provide her protection. That way Mumaith bagged Rs 20 lakh for free.
