Kajal later acted in Pourudu along with Sumanth. The film gave her scope to prove both her acting skills as well as her glamorous side. The film was an average hit but it was enough to establish Kajal Agarwal as a heroine to reckon with in the industry.
Kajal Agarwal has now gone ahead and bagged what could be termed as a dream role. She overtook many actresses including Tamanna of Happy Days to bag a role in SS Rajamouli's new film.
Allu Aravind is the producer and Ram Charan is the hero. Aravind was not happy with the choice of Kajal for the film. He felt the she is not glamorous enough to star opposite Ram Charan.
But Rajamouli was keen to sign her up for the film. So he arranged a special photo shoot for Kajal and took the photos to megastar Chiranjeevi. Chiru was very happy with Kajal's look in the photos and immediately Okayed her.
Poor Allu Aravind then had no choice but to reluctantly agree, say sources. Rajamouli is also very confident that Kajal will fit the role perfectly. The film is about love and reincarnation. The shooting will commence at Rajasthan from March 15.
