Now, if you wanted to know who the villain was in Rudramadevi, then the industry insiders say it surely is the film's director and producer Gunasekhar.
They maintain that he is working against his own film by postponing it n number of times. Though one can understand such delays when it is a huge film, but Gunasekhar has already postponed his film for nearly half a dozen times.
Publicly, he has been saying that there is some pending SFX work, but those in the know say that film is not out yet due to financial troubles.
After the stupendous success of Rajamouli's Baahubali, Gunasekhar managed to sell the film's rights for a whopping amount in various areas, so everyone was confident that the film would release finally on September 4. However, the film is once again postponed.
Though Gunasekhar says that he has no financial troubles and that he has made good table profit, talk is that he is yet to clear money taken from several financiers.
So now the industry is no longer taking his announcements seriously.
