'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' is setting new records in terms of pre-release business deals as the offer it is getting from the distributors is absolutely amazing.
According to a top distributor, the film will do nearly Rs 90 Cr business though the movie is being made under Rs 50 -60 Cr budget.
So it is going to be windfall of profits for Pawan Kalyan, Sharat Marrar and Eros International who are producing the movie together.
The Nizam rights were bagged by Indra Films for Rs 21 Cr, similarly Ceded rights were snapped up for Rs 10.50 Cr. From Andhra, another Rs 25 Cr is likely to come.
For overseas rights, Idream Media reportedly paid Rs 10 Cr with some conditions. The rights for Karnataka territory and rest of India are also being traded for hefty prices.
Satellite rights might fetch them another Rs 13 Cr. Altogether the business would touch Rs 80 to 85 Cr for sure.
Since this is the first film that Pawan Kalyan has done as lead hero after the release of record setting "Attarintiki Daaredi", expectations are huge. Hence the movie is doing such huge business.
