Romance Onscreen...Offscreen

The dance master turned hero turned director Lawrence who tries to compete with his guru Prabhu Deva in everything seems to prove his mettle in ‘second setup’ subject as well. It is heard that in one of his previous films dubbed in Telugu as ‘Cowboy’, Lawrence had a steamy affair with heroine Lakshmi Rai.
 
As a symbol to the bond that was formed then and with a intent to extend it further, Lawrence has now given another chance to Lakshmi to don the title role in his new film ‘Kanchana’.
 
Inside talk is that, more than the chance Lawrence has given to Lakshmi onscreen, he has been ‘enjoying’ with her offscreen completely.
