Like many these days, Teja too has made some statements that were bound to make headlines. He had said that the roles in Telugu film industry were limited to some families like Nandamuri, Akkineni, Daggubati and of course mega family.
Now, if one does not go into reality check fact remains that Teja himself has gone overboard in claiming that he has introduced nearly a 1000 actors to the industry.
Well, even if one takes an average of 20 actors for each of his 20 films, Teja will not reach the 1000 mark.
Also, it is not that Navadeep and Nithin come from non-existent backgrounds. And when it comes to Uday Kiran, it was Ramoji Rao who had introduced him. Same was the case with Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry's son who has his father's backing in the industry.
And when it comes to paying his newcomers, talk is that he paid Rs 1 to Dileep for his role in Hora Hori, which is a bonus for Teja.
So, where does Teja's contribution to the industry stand? So isn't it time he got his count right?
