The mega family is in a fix yet again. Especially Nagababu is spending sleepless nights to figure who would be best to launch his son Varun Tej.
His initial choice was Sreekant Addala who had a big hit with SVCC. But then Sreekant Addala is more popular for his family entertainers.
So, he narrowed down on Puri Jagannath. After much contemplation, Puri was approached and he too gave the nod.
But with Iddrammayilatho, Puri’s credibility has fallen and Naga Babu is having second thoughts once again.
Now the talk is that he is considering Krish as the apt man. Naga Babu is quite pleased with Krish’ creativity and his deft handling of commercial subjects. Nothing has been confirmed though.
In between, there was talk of Sekhar Kammula handling the project. Now the tie is between Puri Jagannath and Krish, say sources close to the mega family.
Well, it’s a matter of time before the mega family signs on a director for Varun Tej’s debut.
