In recent interviews, Nandamuri Balakrishna made it clear that he would not go ahead with Krishnavamsi's "Rythu" movie unless Amitabh Bachchan agreed to play an important character in it. But Amitabh's call sheets are already full till June. So the movie may not begin anytime soon.
On the other hand, Nandamuri Balakrishna is already listening to scripts from various directors. He is said to have liked a story prepared by Parachuri Murali who made 'Adhinayakudu' with him earlier.
But Balakrishna's advisors are against working with Parachuri Murali who has not given a hit in the long time. So other options are being looked at.
Meanwhile, Krishnavamsi who has almost wrapped up the shooting of his current movie "Nakshatram" with Sundeep Kishan and Sai Dharam Tej is planning to wait till Balakrishna says yes to the project. He is said to be very particular on doing ‘Rythu” with Balakrishna.
