‘Make Hay While The Sun Shines’ is the common sutra for anyone in the film industry and when the time is going right the actors hike their prices and have it their way. But when the time is not right then they have to adhere to the conditions around and that always helps them in sustaining their presence.
This is the suggestion being given to Ravi Teja. Apparently the Mass Maharaja has been scoring a record in terms of delivering flops. So, some are saying the day is not far when he might have to go for this option of doing films without taking remuneration first. The approach then will be “Let me act first once the film does well I shall take my cut.”
It is heard that Ravi Teja’s price is Rs 5 crores per film. But as his market position is bad, the suggestion being given by his well wishers is that if he can do it in the ‘no remuneration’ way it is better for his career. That way, the goodwill will also increase. There is no doubt that this type of energetic star is not there in Tollywood so maybe it is time for Ravi Teja to do some redemption.
