After their father’s death, their children would approach the court for property. So, government has categorized such property as gift property.
Incidentally, Rambha is now entangled in one such gift property case.
It is a known fact that at the peak of her career, she was busy both in Telugu and Tamil industries. At that time, Tamil comedian Goundramani was rather close to Rambha and to maintain their friendship, he had gifted her a house worth Rs 60 lakh in Chennai.
Now, the property price is estimated at several crores. Not to lose out on such prime property, Goundramani’s sons have filed a case against Rambha in the court.
But Rambha too is adamant that it is gift property and that the house belongs to her.
Ironically, Goundramani is silent on the matter. Hence, the matter is now in court and judgement is pending.
