In a sudden development, Ram Charan has agreed to do a movie for production house UV Creations with a relatively new director Merlapaka Gandhi.
Industry is abuzz with the speculations as to what made Charan to have selected this movie over other films with big directors.
Boyapati, Vamsi Paidipally and Gautham Menon have approached Ram Charan and expressed their intention to make a movie with him next year. But Charan picked up this young director as he reportedly is miffed with top director Koratala Siva.
Koratala agreed to direct Ram Charan after he completes the shooting of "Janatha Garage". But Koratala suddenly signed Mahesh Babu's movie when he got offer from the superstar putting aside Charan's project. This reportedly made Charan feel bad. So he suddenly picked up UV Creations' project.
Ram Charan who is shooting for "Dhruva" will begin Sukumar's movie from November and then from March, he will start shooting for Merlapaka Gandhi - UV Creations movie.
This is the second time that the combination of Ram Charan and Koratala not materializing. Before this Charan called off Koratala's movie after launching it officially.
