‘Seetamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ is the most talked about movie in recent times and it has even shaken the attention of millions of audience and critics from other states as well. Initially Dil Raju approached Rajasekhar to do the role as he is the one who is seen smiling always. But Rajasekhar thought that he may not suit as father to Venkatesh despite any sort of make up. Rajasekhar asked Dil Raju to think about it as it may not look convincing on screen. Dil Raju felt what Rajasekhar said was right and thus the buck had passed to Prakash Raj.
Thus Rajasekhar missed opportunity to be a part of a magnum opus film.
