A real contest has begun in the Telugu film industry on the Telugu New Year Day on Friday – between power of one and blessings of many.
Power star Pavan Kalyan’s Sardar Gabbar Singh was released on Ugadi, amidst high hopes of his fans and also common viewers.
It was all about power of one – that of Pavan Kalyan and all the characters in the film virtually have no value. Apparently, it was projected to be a one-man show of Pavan Kalyan and he wants to take on all others with his absolute power.
On the same day, makers of “Brahmotsavam” starring Mahesh Babu, released their first look. Despite being the super star, the Prince is seen touching the feet of someone, giving indications that he is seeking the blessings of everybody for the success of his film. Mahesh was at his modest best in the poster.
Obviously, people are able to see the contrasting styles of two big stars. Initial reports indicate that Pavan Kalyan’s guns and dialogues did not blaze much in tune with the hyped expectations.
We have to see whether Brahmotsavam would bring any celebrations to the film industry!
