After Khusboo and Nagma, it is now the turn of Nayanatara to have a temple built in her honor.
Well, one can trust her Tamil fans to take up the task and actually do it. Of course, we have had examples of Telugu fans building temples for their favourite celebrities too like the one built for YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
While it’s a rarity here, it is quite common in Tamil Nadu.
At the temple built for Khushboo, a priest performs rituals on every Friday. Now, they want to do the same for Nayanatara. But she has crashed their hopes by requesting them to stay away from such efforts.
“Your love and support are enough for me. I don’t think I would want more from you. If you don’t heed by request and go ahead with the construction of a temple, it would cause me much distress,” she told her enthusiastic fans.
It is a known fact that Nayanatara had tumultuous relationships with all her ex boyfriends. She had to put up with cheap talk from her fans, went to the extent changing her religion for one and even posed for hot scenes, all for love.
So, for all that she has been through in life and still maintaining her dignity, one has to build a temple for her. But again, she is well aware that fans can even demolish the temple if they don’t like her personal decisions.
We feel she decided to play safe instead of regretting later.
