It is now more or less confirmed that Gopala Gopala will release for Sankranthi. Though it was initially announced that the film will be released on January 14, the unit is now eyeing January 9 as the release date.
The makers are hopeful that it would help the film if they fix up January 9 as it would help the collections of the film. So, now the entire team is busy with post-production work.
Meanwhile, one man who has stressed out the team is Pawan Kalyan who plays god in the film.
The entire talkie part has been wrapped up and there is only one song that needs to picturised on him.
A set has also been erected in RFC to shoot the song. The song will be picturised on Pawan Kalyan and Venkatesh and that would complete the shooting part.
But Pawan hasn’t turned up on the sets and the team is anxiously waiting for him to wrap the song.
Actually, the song’s shooting was scheduled for Monday. Now, they are hoping it will be done by Tuesday, though no one is sure if Pawan would turn up on the sets.
Some feel meeting January 9 deadline may not be possible if Pawan does not complete the song, but other unit members feel that since it’s just one song, they can easily pull it off.
