Shoots keep getting cancelled for various reasons. At times the stars fall sick, they get hurt or some untoward incident happens – all these lead to a shoot being cancelled.
But this is one rare occasion when a shoot got cancelled due to a star accidentally chopping off his moustache.
It indeed sounds hilarious. And the star involved is none other than NTR Jr. Well, um, he happened to shave off his moustache, accidentally, while trimming it. This landed him in a rather embarrassing situation during the shooting of Ramayya Vastavayya.
As a result, one of the shooting schedules had to be cancelled due to ‘continuity problems’. Incidentally, it is a big action episode and the director could not take any chances.
Meanwhile, the unit is reshooting certain portions in Munnar, Kerala. Producer DIl Raju and director Harish Shankar are waiting for the moustache to grow back.
