Even as the reports that Bollywood beauty Pariniti Chopra is being hired to act beside Mahesh Babu for a record remuneration of Rs 3.5 crore created a sensation in Tollywood, director Murugadoss is learnt to have decided against spending so much on her.
Apparently, he has realised that she doesn’t deserve so much fee. So, he is on the lookout for another Bollywood heroine who can match up to Mahesh.
The latest name doing rounds for this role is Alia Bhatt, who is charging much less than Parineeti.
Murugadoss is learnt to have almost finalised Alia, since he is firm on hiring a Bollywood heroine to pair with Mahesh. He wants to complete the film simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu and release the dubbed version in Hindi later.
It is learnt Murugadoss had initially thought of taking Alia, but preferred Pariniti later following some suggestions. Since Pariniti was demanding too much, he returned to Alia again. So, Alia is the lucky pair for Mahesh at last!
