Megastar Chiranjeevi who made a stunning comeback with Khaidi No. 150, a perfect masala potboiler that worked wonders at the box office, is not looking to do such films in the future. Chiranjeevi is currently looking for scripts that suits his age.
At the age of 62, Chiranjeevi cannot be dancing around the trees with young heroines all the time.
He chose to do Khaidi No. 150 as his comeback film because the prime goal of it was to give a treat to his diehard fans.
As the goal was successfully accomplished, Chiranjeevi has now set his eyes on serious cinema with interesting backdrops.
His next film is Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy a film about a great freedom fighter. It will not have so called commercial elements that are usually associated with a Megastar’s film.
If Uyyalavada turns out as expected and clicks at the box office, Chiranjeevi wants to do many such historical films where he wouldn’t need to dance to pull audience to the theaters.
