Clarity is slowly emerging about the Pongal releases as Nagarjuna has confirmed his movie for the release of January 14, 2015.
Though it is not yet clear whether Nandamuri Balakrishna and NTR Jr would compete for Sankranthi festival, Nagarjuna has already locked the theatres for his movie in all areas in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.
Soggade Chinni Nayana is the movie that is coming from Nagarjuna on Sankranthi festival. Earlier he planned to release on his sentiment festival Christamas but the actor who is also producer of the movie has pushed to Sankranthi after he getting a whiff that one of the stars in the Nandamuri family would not be releasing his movie for the festival.
Nagarjuna hopes that there won't be much competition this Sankranthi except another big movie. On the other hand, Christmas festival will see many movies competing with each other.
