Nagarjuna has always been known not just as a top league superstar but also as a shrewd businessman. Given his list of ventures not related to films and his strategic mind, there lies a rather tough man beneath that cool attitude and cucumber smiles.
Recently, it is heard that few overseas distributors got the taste of Nag’s other side. Sources say the distributors approached Nag to buying the overseas rights of the two films ‘Dhada’ and ‘Rajanna’. It is heard that they gave a price of Rs 10 lakhs and Rs 15 lakhs for overseas rights respectively.
On hearing this, Nag hit the roof and breathed fire on them. It seems he said that he would release the film himself in overseas and reprimanded the buyers to check the figures before they propose anything. Buzz is that Nag got insulted on hearing this proposal.
While the ‘King’ may be flaunting his flamboyance, the overseas distributor folks say that the market has become really bad and going by the business there, their figure was justified. Let us see what happens now…
