Congress government is planning to see that Mohan Bbau receives Padma Vibhushan. He already got Padmasree earlier and he feels happy when proven that he is more that Chiranjeevi. We all know that Padma Vibhushan is the highest Padma award while Padma Bhushan is second and Padmasree is third.
So Congress is planning to recommend Mohan Babu for Padma Vibhushan (indeed, everything is possible today when ruling party decides). Let us see if Mohan Babu bags that as a return for his Congress Campaign.
