It is heard that Dasari Narayana Rao is fuming with anger over the comments made by Chiranjeevi on Nandi Awards during the recent audio release function of ‘Orange’. It is known news that Chiru fans were not happy with the fact that Dasari got the Nandi award for best actor for his performance in ‘Mestri’ sidelining Ramcharan Tej’s performance in ‘Magadheera’.
It is also known that they alleged about Dasari using his influence in the government to stop the award from going to Charan. Surprisingly, when the so called fans of Chiru and those in the small positions of PRP began to create ruckus in front of the TV channels, Dasari maintained restraint and also controlled his folks from saying anything. Though this incident happened, Chiru who was in America for his liposuction returned home but didn’t express regret even for formality sake.
Moreover, his statements during ‘Orange’ audio release that a Nandi award is beautiful when it comes home and not when you forcibly get it has angered Dasari and his group very much. Now, it is heard that Dasari is looking at making his favorite pupil Mohan Babu do the offensive instead of a direct confrontation. Even sources close to Mohan Babu reveal that the collection king is eagerly awaiting the clearance from his guru so that he can whitewash Chiru in public. The talk is that a big story is behind this move. Mohan Babu who has acted in more than 500 films and produced more than 50 films has not got Nandi award even once.
As a person, Mohan Babu may have faced many criticisms but as an actor, no one can point a finger at him. In dialogue delivery, Mohan Babu stands second to the great N T Rama Rao. In terms of performance, keeping his dance skills aside, even Chiranjeevi stands no match.
