Actor, Srihari’s residence is mistaken for an Iranian Restaurant now a days!
Though the building in Jubilee Hills is mammoth and majestic, unlike typical Hyderabadi tea shop that serves ‘Irani Chai’, the hoarding that is displayed in front of his dwelling gives this impression.
The hoarding carries the advertisement of ‘Tea, Samosa, Biscuit’, a film in making, in which Srihari is playing the lead role.
Nallapoosala Babji is directing the movie. He got the script ready two years ago and approached C.C.Reddy and the latter gave his nod also.
As Reddy switched his interest to politics, the script went to cold storage. After making thorough changes, Babji is now filming it with a new producer. He has found Srihari to be suitable to the hero of the film. It’s the habit of Srihari to adorn the front wall of his home with the hoarding of a film, he works for. That was how, ‘Tea, Samosa, Bisuit’ surfaced on the wall.
