It is one of the known banners of Telugu industry and they have made some award-winning and critically acclaimed films in the past.
The said banner also has media houses. But those who work for the said organisation are a disgruntled lot. They insist that when it comes to payment, the company has very bad policies.
Apparently, the payment is really, really less and many are leaving the organisation as they cannot wait for better pay.
Recently, a known actor who also has little standing in films, has walked out of a serial complaining about pay.
Barring those who have to work, others are leaving the organisation as the payment when it comes is peanuts when compared to industry rates. Since the payments are not made or given on time, the staff too has become disinterested in the way the films or serials are made.
One can easily make out that the serials and films are simply being wrapped up and it is visible that they don't put in any effort to make them gripping or in keeping with the tastes of the new generation.
Now, no matter how big or known an organisation is, remuneration is a huge draw to staff, technicians and artistes to put in their best. Wonder why the organisation is oblivious to this fact?
