Yesterday afternoon around 1 PM Lakshmi came to the famous designer Second Skin at Jubilee Hills adjacent to Cinemax.
Lakshmi came with her mom in an SUV. Those who were around spotted that the vehicle has got a tinted film on windows. As expected, the fancy number 9999 flashed on the number plate.
But the tinted film on the windows became a discussion.
Many were saying “It looks like there is one law for celebrities and one law for commoners. They have not removed the tinted film but no police will touch them.”
