A cheating case has been filed against noted producer Bandla Ganesh. It has been alleged that after taking money for the distribution rights of a certain area from one party, Ganesh then sold the rights to another person.
Also, he has been accused of not returning the money till date. Way back in 2011, Bandla Ganesh is said to have taken Rs 80 lakh from Guntur-based financier Dharmacharan Tulasi for the rights of Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh.
Tulasi has accused Bandla Ganesh of taking the money from him and then selling the distribution rights to another party.
Tulasi also mentioned in the report that apart from not returning his money, Bandla Ganesh also threatened him when he asked the latter to return his amount.
Right now, a case has been filed in the Banjara Hills police station against Bandla Ganesh.
But it is interesting to note that there are various stories about Ganesh absconding.
Incidentally, Bandla Ganesh was present at the audio release function of his forthcoming film Govindudu Andari Vaadele.
One section of the industry is wondering if he would abscond on the eve of his film’s release.
