Anything related to any of Mohan Babu’s movies; be it music sittings, discussions, or anything else is taking place only in Tirupati. This gave rise to the belief that this was an effort on his part and other biggies to slowly shift the industry to Tirupati.
Tirupati is also close to Chennai where Tollywood thrived for a long time. There are ample number of technicians and studios available in Chennai and it is for this reason that Mohan Babu is trying to establish Tirupati as the film capital of Tollywood now.
