Hero Shivaji has been taking Rs 50 Lakh remuneration from quite long time. Although that is a big amount for him, the producers tend to give him that holding some confidence every time. But he has got no hits till now after 'Missamma'. He tried all the ways with action oriented flick 'Seetaramudu' and comedy films as well. But no film is giving him luck.
Hence, it is said that he is receiving signals from new producers to reduce his remuneration. Until and unless he gets a good hit he cannot retain his standard of taking Rs 50 lakh remuneration.
We have to see if he retains or gets trapped in the net of bargaining. His film 'State Rowdy' is due for release shortly. If that works out, then there will be some scope for him to retain his position. The film is made on comedy grounds as a remake of Tamil film 'Ediri'.
