Expensive Lands Of Srihari and Srikanth

The stories of lands making millionaires out of paupers have become a common feature in Hyderabad and while this is a pure business statement, here is something else from the film front. There is news that real star Srihari has about five acres of land next to the IT company Polaris which would be costing around 150 cr.
 
Similarly, family star Srikanth has got around three acres in the same side which means its estimated value is around Rs 90 crores. While Srihari's total asset value is being rated at around 1000 crores, Srikanth is near the 500 crore bracket. This is just the tip of the iceberg and there are many more biggies in the fray with larger lands.
 
Not just their lands but then even their homes are said to be running up to the tunes of crores now and they are said to have invested barely few lakhs for the land about few years ago. Call it a classic example for destiny and fate, this is what land can do to a man's life.
