There was news some time back that Eros International was almost closing a deal to grab all the rights of Sardaar Gabbar Singh. It is now reliably learnt that a deal has been struck at a whopping Rs 80 Crores on total negative rights.
However, all business dealings with distributors will be handled by producer Sharat Marar on behalf of Eros.
Pawan Kalyan also happens to be a co-producer of the film and he will be producing it under Pawan Kalyan Creative Works banner. So it is expected that producers Sharat Marar and Pawan Kalyan, will end up with huge profits.
It is also being said that Pawan Kalyan will be co-producing his future films too, apart from producing films with other leading heroes of Tollywood. It is known that Ram Charan has already agreed to do a movie for Pawan Kalyan’s banner.
Sardaar Gabbar Singh is being directed by K S Ravindra (Bobby) and has Kajal Agarwal as heroine. The movie has wrapped up some key scenes in Hyderabad and the unit will shortly leave for Gujarat to shoot a major schedule there.
