Dil Raju is currently on a mission to make as many films as possible at a time. Right now there are five movies on the sets that are bankrolled by the ace producer.
Dil Raju is selling the rights of these films as a package deal to a single buyer in most of the territories so that there would be a high chance to breakeven.
Dil Raju has hit bumper jackpot with the five film package deal of overseas distribution rights.
As per the deal, overseas rights of Duvvada Jaggannadham, Nenu Local, Fida, Sathamanam Bhavathi and a small budget movie with Hebah Patel as the female lead have been sold for a whopping 18 crore.
Good thing is, it is not an outright deal as the distributor has to share the profits with Dil Raju.
According to the deal, distributor should give fifty percent of profits on Fida if the movie goes onto collect more than 4 crore share. Same applies for Sathamanam Bhavathi if it collects over 2 crore share. There are a few other clauses in the deal which should ultimately benefit the producer.
Dil Raju is so clever that he combined all ranges of movies into a single package that buyers couldn’t miss out on the attractive offer.
