After having cut down on film production, Dil Raju is concentrating on distribution. But he seems to be going through a rather bad phase of late.
Both his films Rabhasa and Aagadu have incurred heavy losses for him.
Trade report is that Dil Raju has lost Rs 5 crore on Rabhasa in the Nizam area. On the other hand, he distributed Aagadu in Vizag area and unfortunately, he lost heavily there too.
Since Aagadu has done really bad business in Vizag, trade analysts say Dil Raju will incur a minimum loss of Rs 3 crore.
Recently, Dil Raju had announced that he would focus on distribution after making many successful films.
Though Dil Raju invested in various areas for all the big films that have released recently, he has only incurred losses.
Since he has the distribution rights for Ram Charan’s forthcoming film Govindudu Andari Vaadele, it remains to be seen if he can recover some of his money.
