SS Rajamouli's assistant, Trikoti made his directorial debut with 'Dikkulu Chudaku Ramayya'. Though this film opened up with mixed response, trade analysts say that the film collected decent amount at the box-office and the film is labelled as a hit.
This director has narrated a story-line to Naga Chaitanya long back and the actor said that he can confirm about the project only after watching Dikkulu Chudaku Ramayya.
After watching this film, Chaitanya was confident enough on Trikoti and the 'Manam' actor is likely to give a green signal for the project.
On the other hand, Chaitanya's 'Oka Laila Kosam' is doing good at the box-office. In spite of an average day 1 figures, Oka Laila Kosam picked up from day 2 and the film is running with packed crowds.
A formal announcement about this new project is likely to be announced in the month of October.
